Help with baby freeze

hey everyone

I just started learning how to breakdance for 2 reasons; I want to, and I am doing it as part of a project at school.

Anyways, I know some simple moves (Worm, 3-step, helicopter), but I am struggling with the basic baby freeze. I know what and how to do it, but I can't. Where exactly should I place my elbow? I try in my stomach but it hurts too much and I can't balance.

And help with the baby freeze at all would be good.

instead of putting your elbow into your stomach try putting right under ribs i started breakdancing 2 weeks ago and i can baby freeze for 30 secs now
