Hey guys! I'm new, so if this is in the wrong place, I'm sorry. I'm having some trouble doing swipes. I can't seem to get myself high enough to twist over my leg, and when I do, and I can't twist fast enough. Does anyone have any advice?

simple. just do alot of stretching. and when you do a slide, make sure you do it fast. I also think it helps if you start with the sixstep so you get some rotating speed, than just put your leg out and do it. goodluck
